Who is behind Partition Studio?

Every project is led by our founder Fionn de Buitlear. Taking projects from the ideation phase to full delivery. Your main point of contact will always be Fionn.

What is your process?

We discover to define and understand your business. We design  a timeless identity that will strongly resonate with your customers. We deliver a unique identity to accelerate growth.

How do I get started?

We will ask you some detailed questions about your project and then we will send you a custom proposal. Once you have signed our proposal and payed the kickstart deposit we will get to work.

How do you price your projects?

From experience of many different project we will always give you a custom quote to fit your project needs. We believe every project is different and therefore needs custom pricing.

What are the payment terms?

50% upfront and then we ask for a 50% payment upon completion.

How do we keep in touch throughout the project?

We can use whatever communication channel works best for you. We usually use WhatsApp, but we can also use Slack, Teams or email. You can expect to receive updates at least every 2 days until the project has been completed.

How are you different from other design agencies?

We see ourselves as partners in your journey, not just service providers. To ensure the highest quality, we limit our focus to no more than two projects at a time, allowing us to fully dedicate ourselves to delivering an exceptional client experience. We integrate closely with your team and take ownership and self-organise to drive projects that align with your business goals.

What software do you use?

We are experts in Figma and the entire Adobe suite. If we are developing a website we will use Webflow. For any 3D animations we use Cinema 4D and Redshift.

What if I'm not happy with the design?

We have never had to discuss refunds. Our clients have always been happy.

Will you also do the copywriting?

We believe content leads a website and it's important to get right for early-stage companies, so we would recommend working with our product marketing experts alongside any of our web design packages. They'll provide wireframes with content and recommendations, and we'll pick up the rest. If you are happy to take care of the content that is also fine!
